The 1Rx8 means one rank, so they probably won't work in a mixed config. Only way to find out is to test it, set the config tool to 6 modules and populate the slots as shown in the graphic, that way the 4GB modules will sit on a separate memory channel (each CPU has four). But even if it doesnt work it's only 8GB total, you'd still have 64GB to play with.

Its 16Gb because 2x 4Gb.
Ok, i misunderstood then. Anyway, i would simply test it. Having only one rank on a module prohibits rank interleaving but since your CPUs have two IMCs with 2 channels each there's a chance you could still use your 4GB modules if you populate them in the right order:
Put the 16GB modules in slots 000, 010, 100 and 110 and the 4GB modules in 020, 030, 120 and 130. That way the 1R modules are on a separate IMC.
Or just sell them. A single one of those DIMMs goes for EUR20-25, if you offer them for 15/piece you can buy 2 more 16GB modules.

Well apart from the fact that the seller seems to be a nasty individual and that it's an auction, they're 4GB single-rank modules. Your choice (i wouldn't do it..)

It seem the Seller is away and I cant buy the Ram.

All around the same price point, all from commercial sellers with return policies 14-30 days for the unlikely event the DIMMs don't work in your system (they will).

Assuming you're in Austria (Servus!) i'd advise against buying from the UK because of import duties besides the fact that those offers are daylight robbery. Since the 2.5" screws are M3x4mm you can get those in every hardware store for a fraction of the price. The 3.5" screws with their idiotic thread are harder to find but here's an offering with an acceptable price:

Edit:
Here's the 2.5" version with the metric thread (still too expensive for what they are):

I've got one with dual E5-2640v3, 8x16GB DDR4, SR130 LOM (2x10GbE SFP+) and 2xSAS3 SSDs and idle power consumption is ~170W@230VAC with both PSUs in load balancing mode.
Puhh 170Watts is alot. I secretly had hopes for below 100. You measured the wattage or checked within IPMI/BMC?

Yeah, finding trays for a good price is a challenge. I ordered two 2.5" through AliExpress for the two slots in the rear and just stacked the 3.5" HDDs in the front on top of each other, ghetto style. If you decide to get them from China contact the seller first to negotiate a better price for shipping, the website just adds up the shipping cost with each unit. This seller has the lowest price per unit and was offering me USD16 shipping to Germany for 10 units:

That's the figure reported by the BMC, i only have one power meter and that sits in front of the whole rack atm so i can't confirm the figures with that. It is a bit on the high side, without anything in the risers, just one S3500 SSD and 64GB of RAM and no OS running i saw figures around 130W. I don't know how accurate the figures are, either later today or tomorrow i have to shut the whole rack down to do some maintenance, when that's done i can test the server individually.

This shows the current power draw with 148GB RAM, 6x SATA HDDs, 2x SAS SSDs, dual 40Gb Connect-X3 Pro and dual 1Gb Intel in the PCIe riser, running ESXi 7.0U3:

I wonder where all that power is supposed to be going to, the CPUs are pretty much idling most of the time:

For 2.5 i just ordered 40 more from this ebay listing at 3,87$ per with free ship.
On 3.5 i offered 6$ each for 12 on this ebay listing that they accepted.

Both came with screws.

Where did you install it? On an USB Flash Drive? I want to install it to. Are there an special Edition for Huawei Server or just the normal Image from the VMWare Homepage?
Thanks!
At the moment it's installed on a Intel S3500 and datastores on a Samsung PM1633a, please note that USB/SD card installations were causing trouble for customers with certain versions of ESXi 7.x and the option will be removed in later versions. [0][1]

Regarding ESXi installation image; It depends on the hardware options your server came with. My server has a LSI SAS3008 controller and i've built a custom image containing the drivers from Huawei's website but if you have the same controller you might check VMWare's HCL for LSI 9300-8i as that card uses the same controller and its drivers might be included in the stock image. Anything else is either supported by default or can be installed later.

@Xeroxxx
Bad news, the figures seem to be quite accurate except for one situation where the BMC reports a much higher power draw (server OFF, both PSUs online). I've run some tests with a Peaktech 9040 which isn't calibrated nor does it report its accuracy but the reported and measured values are pretty close. Tested with the following hardware config:
2x E5-2640v3, 148GB (10 DIMMs 2133MHz@1866), LSI3008, Intel 82599 2x10Gb SFP+, Intel Pro1000PT 2x1GbaseT, Mellanox Connect-X3 Pro 2x40Gb QSFP, 6x SATA HDD@7k2rpm, 1x Intel S3500 80GB and 1x Samsung PM1633a 960GB. Network links down except management port, fans @22%, line voltage 231VAC, 2xPSU 750W in load balancing mode.

;) Good that the Internal Report more.
It's not that much though, i was hoping for a lower power draw than what i actually measured. It's quite tempting to get one or two more of those servers to replace existing machines...

Btw, if you're looking for rack rails this polish seller has the right ones and the price is okay, even with shipping:
They ship with TNT, properly packaged.
