Many who believe it's easy still don't like to ship outside US. They value the increased risks of selling internationally lower than potentially waiting longer on a sale, i can see why.

But yeah, many from USA still think exporting is hard even though it doesn't take more than 2 minutes to fill out the usps form and search for the HS code of an item.

No idea what you are talking about here, I have never had to search for anything when shipping internationally.

Which proves my point that it's not an difficult a people think.
