Guide for updating PE C6100 bios?

Ive scoured the forums a little and see no step by step guide how to update the BIOS.

I wish they would have included the BIOS in the Dell Repository Manager it used to be so easy to update things.

Does anyone have a step by step guide to update the PE C6100 nodes?

I've run Server 2008R2 and 2012 and I'm pretty sure that I've made all BIOS updates from the Windows updater.
