Looking for a compact backup ZFS server motherboard:

Required: ITX form factor with iPMI, and 5+ SATA/SAS ports (onboard mini-SAS is even better), or free expansion slot for an 8-port HBA.

I already have spare DDR3 UDIMMs, DDR4 RDIMMS, as well as socket 1151 and 2011-3 CPUs, so hoping to find something that would utilize some of what I already have if possible. Something like an AsRock E3C236D2I, AsRock E3C226D2I or E3C224D4I w/ 1150 CPU, or even a EPC612D4I or Xeon-D for the right price. After the C2000 issues, I'd probably prefer to avoid Atom platforms for this build.

Let me know what you have!

How about mATX? I got mobo from HP ML310E, that have onboard SAS port and four PCI slotsm, takes DDR3 and 1155 CPUs and ASrock mATX board with SAS and 10G, but it takes 2011-3 and DDR4. I got it with E5-2618L v3 now. I also have one (may be two) spare SAS-9300-8i cards, if you need more ports.

What is the model of the 2011-3 board?

I've got an EPC612D4I that I've been wanting to sell. If you're interested, I've got an LSI 9211-8i flashed to IT mode, and some other components from my mini-server as well.
