Hello,

Today I got a switch from title, but have several questions. Can I use WEB interface without using the console? If no have any video how to make DB9 into console cable, tried by few images but failed.

The web interface is enabled on in certain firmware versions, so it depends on which version you have.

One way to test whether it has a web interface, is as follows.
Plug the network port labeled "management" into a network that has a DHCP server.
The management port is configured by default to get it's address using DHCP.

Look at the DHCP server to see what IP address was registered, and browse to port 80 at that address.
