I have 2 EZZx drives in my esxi machine... they park like crazy.. I have over 20000 load cycles on them in just a couple months.. I have to have a write workload on them so they dont...

I started a full time workload on them at about 3k hours to stop the constant load cycles.. they have not gone up for 4000 hours now since I have workload on them
the first 3000 hours they were plex data drives and had smb attachments from my plex server and they still racked up 20000 cycles..
