I thought there was a thread about this one, but I can't find it. I've bought several from this seller, and now that I've found a good adapter solution, I'm planning to buy lots more. The seller was accepting my offers at $75 for a while, but wouldn't go under $80 for my last order of two. But I don't think I've ordered more than four drives at a time, so I'll try a 10-pack for $70 each.
IBM SEAGATE 400GB 1.8" SAS MLC SSD 00D5399 1GE262-039 ST400FM0063 | eBay
Endurance rating is 7.3PB, or 10 DWPD, according to Seagate's documentation. These are IBM drives, and you will need to sg_format to 512b. All of my drives are showing 100% life remaining except for one, which is at 99%.
I'm using these with the Lenovo 1.8" to 2.5" adapter, which you can buy for $11 with Amazon Prime, or much cheaper from eBay. Works great in my 3.5" drive bays with 2.5" adapters. See my thread here.
