Sadly they had to cancel a few from our order that didn't work so we didn't get the 20

They just said they wouldn't post or load for them. They tried swapping ram etc and that did't work either.

Yeah once we get them I'll snag some pictures. Tried to upload a stack of 10 dual node open compute systems however it didn't like me.
They're also like said above only 2620's not 2660's like the thread said however it was still a steal.

I know I am sitting here lookin at my sc113 all pissed off now as I paid roughly $150 for that w/ a E52630L and 24GB of memory and an ancient X8 mobo :-(@whitey it was only E5-2620 not 2660 like title suggested, you didn't miss a deal.... joking joking
For everyone that has purchased these servers, i did a little research because i figured there might be something up. Jaket, make sure you feel alright about buying this item because it still might be a good deal.
This is the motherboard in the system:

The problem with it:
VM-Ware Works. Windows/ linux installs give an ACPI error; works with text install on Oracle VM Server and XEN Hypervisor.
So basically only for use with VM-Ware, please correct me if i am wrong about this. I have commited to buy 11 of these and im on the edge of calling them to cancel the order.

Hmm interesting, I'll have to test them out a bit more once we get them. Worst case for the ram alone it's almost worth it + the CPU's and cases. However best would be if they can work without issues hopefully more people can test them out!
I guess after lookin' at the system more closely I am not that irritated as it looks like there is slim to no disk slots/options. I typically like at least 8 slots w/ hotswap capability so maybe the 40GB of ram I am lacking v.s. the 8 slots I have on my sc113 are worth the tradeoff.
