Dell Mini ATX Power Control from PiKVM

I recently set a DIY PiKVM and it's working pretty well for managing my Dell Mini OptiPlex 7040. However I can't remotely control its power state. PiKVM has a system for controlling the ATX power pins common on PCs by connecting to the GPIO on the pi, to e.g. click restart or power or hold power etc, but I don't think my mini has exposed pins.

Has anyone tried to set up physical power control for a Dell Mini from PiKVM? Maybe there's some management feature I missed?

Well I'll be damned, I'd never heard of SysRq key combos which is enough to force a shutdown if normal means don't work. Between that and WoL I can probably manage. Linux Magic System Request Key Hacks — The Linux Kernel documentation
