I am looking for a passive CPU Cooler for a ThreadRipper where the fins are east to west. Note my amazing drawing below.
As an example: The following Cooler: Dynatron A34 - the cooler is mounted such that the fins create a wall on the left and right side of the cpu socket, rather than channels for air. I cannot for the life of me find one that has the fins the other direction. I am trying to fit it into a 2U or smaller chassis. If you know of any brands or models, please let me know!
